However, we do not guarantee that the colors, sizes, or other product details will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of errors, as they can vary due to factors like screen settings, photography, and the natural variation in gemstones and metals.
• All weights and measurements (including carat weights and dimensions) are approximate and provided for reference only.

B. Pricing and Payment

• Prices for Our products are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

C. Shipping and Risk of Loss

• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased from Our Service pass to You upon Our delivery to the carrier.

• Custom Orders: All custom-designed and personalized jewelry are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

E. Product Warranty

• We offer a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or modifications/repairs performed by a third party.

4. General Legal Clauses

• We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

B. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever.
• The entire liability of the Company shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You for the product giving rise to the claim or 100 USD, whichever is less.
